Modern Psychology

There doesn't seem to be much consensus in the psychology community about the definitions for destructive personality types. And, there is a lack of research. The term ASPD has been more recently used to describe psychopaths (or sociopaths). There are big differences between the two types. Several other serious mental conditions such as schizophrenia, etc. exist. Then there are psychotics, and people who are just crazy or insane.

People who are anti-social are conditioned. Some of the materials presented by Dianetics provide a fairly accurate description of this type of personality. Narcissism is a similar behavior/personality type. Anti-social is more of a complex developed by people who are often the oldest sibling in a family or dysfunctional family. This behavior is characterized by suppression, manipulation, control, over-achieving/competitiveness, and other traits.

Psychopaths are born this way, it isn't conditioned. Is it hereditary? These people pathologically tear up just about anything they can, anyway they can. Most of them probably aren't caught up in the criminal justice system. They come from all walks of life, and people are really gullible when it comes to this. If there is a single personality type to watch out for, this is it. And, people should be really careful about what they have access to, especially when it comes to communications devices.
